Thank you for taking such good care of me for so many years. I appreciate you realizing how important it is for me to be healthy. Also, I know you are trying really hard to establish more of a connection with me. I want you to know that you can relax about that because I will not let you down … just keep practicing.

In the meantime, there are some issues I've been trying to bring to your awareness, and now is the perfect opportunity!

First, the feet and back pain we are experiencing needs to be addressed. I know you've been taught to push past the pain, but pain is my signal to you that something is amiss. Please do not ignore them.

Second, I know you feel as though we have wings to soar and can accomplish any physical task, but I want you to keep in mind that  I am "matter." As such, I gradually decay…which is called "getting older." So, please remember that although we are quite strong and healthy, I do have my physical limits. Let's function within the boundaries of what we can do…okay? 

Third, try different modes of communicating with me, spend plenty of time in nature … and remember to use me (your beautiful body) and not always your "head" to sense your surroundings. You'll be amazed by what you discover!

Finally, I would like it if you'll take some time to try water, massage, and heat therapy to provide excellent relief when our shoulder muscles and joints become sore and stiff. We will enjoy this immensely! 

Your head and heart are in the right place and you will continue to grow and be an inspiration for others. I love and honor the path we are on. You have kept us strong, healthy, and beautiful, and I will always perform for you to the best of my ability.
