Optimal Fitness

If I had to choose between "proper nutrition" or "exercise" to maintain my health, I would choose nutrition. Your physical health is ultimately determined by what you put in your body.

However, since all things work in unison, we cannot neglect one for the other. Good health consists of both, but complete health involves incorporating the spiritual, mental, and environmental components as well.

To achieve optimum fitness, a good training program must incorporate all of the above.

As Your Personal Trainer

I will:

Provide fitness testing and evaluations to determine your current fitness level   

Provide a health risk assessment 

 

Create an individually-tailored fitness program 

 

Ensure proper form and technique to avoid injury and maximize results 

 

 

As Your Nutrition Counselor

I will:

Teach you how to achieve the 4 pillars of optimal health: 

  • Proper Nutrition
  • Physical Fitness
  • Stress Reduction
  • Proper Sleep Hygiene

Teach you how to create and maintain a healthy diet/lifestyle through adopting a low carbohydrate, high fat (LCHF) or Ketogenic way of eating.

Teach you the importance and benefits of a low carb lifestyle according to the latest scientific research.

Give you the tools you need to sustain this lifestyle.

Monitor your progress for 4 months.
